Beijing Allwave instruments provide one year free warranty for our customer, after warranty ,we also provide component level repair services.
A maintenance process:
1. we provide a repair service quotation after our engineer checked the problem of defective instruments;
2. Customer shall sign and return the repair service quotation;
3. After receive signed and confirmed quotation, it begin to repair work.
4. Calibration cost will be paid by customer themselves.
5. the maintenance of the replacement parts, within three months of the warranty.
